STEP BY STEP

CREATE A BID PACKAGE
Navigate to Subcontractors and create a bid package linked to your estimate. Define the scope of work and attach any relevant drawings or specs.

INVITE SUBCONTRACTORS
Select subcontractors from your roster or add new ones. Griot sends them a link to submit their bid without requiring them to create an account.

REVIEW INCOMING BIDS
As bids arrive, the bid comparison table shows all submissions side by side — price, inclusions, and exclusions.

AWARD THE BID
Select the winning bid and award it. Griot creates a subcontract record and optionally triggers the e-signature workflow.
