STEP BY STEP

START A NEW ESTIMATE
From the Estimates page, click 'New Estimate'. Give it a project name, client name, and set the bid due date.

ADD LINE ITEMS
Use the line item editor to add materials, labor, and equipment. Each line item supports quantity, unit, unit cost, and markup.

REVIEW TOTALS AND MARGINS
Griot calculates your total cost, markup, and profit margin in real time as you add items. Adjust quantities or costs to hit your target margin.

SAVE AND SHARE
Save your estimate as a draft or mark it ready for bid. You can export it as a PDF or share a link directly with the client.
